Last Night
So for those of you in Toronto, you may have noticed the Vietnam-esque storm that hit our city last night. Well when that storm hit, myself, Check Please, and Check Please' brother decided to drive to the booze store. Bad idea:

We're all fine. Just hung over. Don't buy a car with a panoramic moonroof.

BBall
Likey the trade between the Raps and the Bucks. We deal Del the Fino Homosapien and the Motorola Roko Ukic for Amir Johnson and Sonny Weems. Delfino was great, but we only owned his rights and don't think we coulda signed him and stayed below the cap, plus we already have several deuces so we're gold. Roko is alright, but he's way too fucking skinny, likes to turn the ball over, and gets shook in the halfcourt occasionally. Peace. Amir Johnson I originally thought was Demarr Johnson, which I didn't really like that much as I think he's retired, then I see that he's pretty big and was projected to start at PF for the Bucks until they signed Hakim "The Block that Saved the Orange" Warrick, so maybe he's good. Don't know who Sonny Weems is, though he sounds like a big time drug dealer from a Shaft movie or the neighbourhood muscle from an old Scorcese flick...."Yo, this ma'man Sonny Weems from da Bronx. 'Hey Sonny, whydon'tchu teach deez goombah's a lessun.' You micks fucked with the wrong guys, guy."

Sayin it like it is
Good work on Bronson Arroyo on tellin it like it is. I'm tired of hearing athletes talk about pretty much everything, but thankfully the guy named after Death Wish is willing to speak his mind. Too bad his band sucks. Oh well, pobody's nerfect.
Late
I know I'm late on this but it's worth it. I know Craig is now kind of a joke, but he does have a couple hits from back in the d.
Oh and for the ladies, the video below contains skater boys with tousled hair and forearm tattoos.

Pissed Guys
Lots of swearing. Could have been taken straight from Layer Cake, Lock Stock, etc... It gets really good around the 2 minute mark.
Makes Sense
While most people say that renewable energy is the "wave of the future", which in some ways it is, a lot of those people tend to forget that wind power, for example, was invented centuries ago and eventually abandoned for more efficient and cost-effective methods of generating power. Efficient in that you can't store energy generated from a windmill (and I'm pretty sure you still can't) and cost-effective in that building a windmill is fucking expensive. Nevermind that you're shit outta luck if it's not windy or too windy outside. Other things such as biodiesel or biofuel, while sounding nice, actually have the unwanted, but not unanticipated effect of driving the cost of feedstocks up. Feedstock are the things they use to make biofuels such as corn, rapeseed [it exists], soy, animal tallows, certain kinds of waste etc... This in turn makes products that were traditionally used for food usage more expensive, and also results in a significant increase in farmers shifting their crops over to more lucrative crops, nevermind the starving kids on the TV. It also can lead to a reduction in crop rotation, which creates a lot of other problems which I have absolutely no authority speaking upon.
I guess what I'm saying is that a lot of these dogs look nice, but most of them have fleas...and/or rabies.
That being said, this article I thought was really interesting as it's backed up with facts, something which I avoid like the plague. "Cellulose bioreactors" sounds like something Aldous Huxley came up with.
